Very helpful and I have always loved this store
Guy hooked me up with a hat that actually fits, also added his stitching he created. He is also a sheriff's deputy. Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place and this dude.

Very small the service is very slow at best... Decent selection but was not very satisfied... They do offer stitiching of your choice but after saying no and arguing for a good 10 mins with the guy I decided I probably wouldn't be back... Although for some strange reason I made a second visit and waited a good 25 mins for this guy to come to the register so me and a friend could check out and instead of checking us out first he asked another customer who was not in line if he needed assistance... Very displeased with this store and will not be back again
Horrible customer service. Apparently the guy working on 9/12 doesn't like to answer the phone. The first time I called he eventually answered. I lost service for about 4 seconds and he quickly hung up on me. Then I called back multiple times and he wouldn't answer. After driving 40 minutes to the store he tells me the embroidering machine is broken. I offered to leave the hats with him and pick them up later but he wouldn't take them. He also didn't know whether they could embroider the material. He tells me the girl that works the machine will be in later but when I call later, still nobody would answer the phone to tell me if they had it working. Luckily the girl working in the evening was much more helpful.
