Randy and the rest of the staff at DayStar were amazing! Randy was very responsive to texts and made this process seamless. I didn't even have to leave the comfort of my own home to get approved. I was expecting to be in the dealership for hours, but we were there for less than an hour to test drive and complete paperwork. Just pulled off the lot in a gently used 2019 Ford F-150. Great overall experience at this dealership. We were over an hour away, they helped value my trade over the phone. Quick and efficient. Beautiful truck for a great deal. No games. I highly recommend them.

Paul Paumier and Chris and the team made our experience fun, interesting and educational. Always ready to research and getting answers to questions we had and providing thorough and convincing reasons why the decisions we were making were the right ones. I hesitated in trading in the great jeep I had for 4 years but one test drive in the Gladiator and getting all questions about it answered was all I needed to get me into that gorgeous red beauty. I had the most pleasant car buying experience purchasing my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Dan gave the maximum for my trade in comparison to the other dealers who wanted to undervalue my car thousands. Tom and Dan were so friendly, patient and humble. It is extremely rare to find those attributes in car sales personnel's. The Wrangler is the fourth car that I have bought in my lifetime. I came all the way from Massachusetts which took hours but the drive was worth it all. I disclosed to them the passing of my father they all send their condolences but what stood out to me the most is when Tom prayed for my family and I before I took my long drive back. I am a christian so that gesture was comforting for me during this dark time in my life. Such genuine and humble people. OH YES I WILL RETURN AGAIN AND REFERRING MY COLLEAGUES AS WELL. DAN AND TOM YOUR GUYS ROCK!!!
