The people here were fantastic. I came in expecting to get my tires balance and instead they let me know there was a whole different issue and that a balance wasn't what I needed. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The front desk guy even suggested I take the back way home and thankfully I did because the drive shaft went and I was in a safe place to get off the road. Super amazing. Thank you so much

My boyfriend Mark took me here last week for tires and they know him well . I showed up before he did and I was treated like they knew me all of my life. Very nice friendly staff . Mechanics doing tires have a great sense of humor. This is only the second time i have ever rated anyone on Google but these fellows deserve 7 stars. What a great group of guys .

I usually have had a good experience with this place but today is different. I had an appointment scheduled to swap rims on my vehicle. I was originally told it would take less than an hour. After 2.5 hours waiting I asked them what the status was. They said they were looking for the lug nuts. The rims replacing the old ones are stock. They continued to remove the tires and mount them to the new rims without having lug nuts. Then suggested I could leave the vehicle (my only vehicle) here until lug nuts are ordered. I said no and just put the old rims back on and they stated they still have to charge me for the labor. I left my phone number with them to call if there was any issues but they opted not to call.

Had a light on my dash come on a few days ago and they was very eager to get it out for me. Just my tire pressure being a little low, very honest staff and fixed me up quick. Will rerurn for service in the future.

Car repairs are never a treat. The guys at NTB in St. Clairsville made it quick and painless. They was upfront and honest and it was a quick and cheap fix. My experience was blown out of the water to what I thought it would be. Definitely will be back.
