This place is terrible. I arrived at 4:00 PM and was the only vehicle in line for an oil change. I was told that it would take 20 minutes. Before my paperwork was completed, my truck was in the shop and the mechanics were started. At 4:20 they were completed but due to the size of a Ford F-150 oil reservoir, they were required to have a manager sign off on the amount of oil that it took. From 4:20–5:45 I sat waiting for a manager to sign a piece of paper to allow my truck to be removed from their garage. The mechanics called for a manager 4 times over an hour and 20 minute time frame with no response. Around 5:45 the manager showed up laughing asking if they were still waiting for an approval. I’m still waiting now at 5:45 while the manager is talking to them.

Apparently they are having staffing issues and cannot work past 4pm. Stopped to get a tire put on my wifes car. Website clearly states 7 or 8 for this walmart car service department. And every other one in the area. Had 3 employees walk in to clock out and ignore me and my wife standing at their desk waiting for service. The least they could of done was tell me hey we are closed we dont have the staff to work our scheduled hours. Noooo let's ignore us. The guy from sporting goods was the one that let us know they were closed. That's ridiculous. Wouldnt expect much out of these people. Absurd. If management cant get people to work they should change their hours. Or get more employees.

Minus 3 stars for the 3 times ive waited a long time to find out that they hqve found another reason to pull my car out with no service completed . Lugnuts to tight. Oil pan bolt to tight. Lugnut stripped out. Anything else ??? I just need tires and oil .
