I needed two new seat belt wraps for my new car. I stopped in @ AutoZone Auto Parts, @ St. Clairsville, Ohio. I had some issues getting waited on in the beginning. Then I saw an employee helping another customer, and asked him to direct me to the items I needed. He did, & in less than 10 minutes I was on my way home. This isn't the first time that I've dealt with this particular AutoZone. Each time, the employees being very helpful and professional.

Jeff was exceptionally helpful, I had a flat tire, I was alone, far from home and tearful. Luckily I was in the right place! Jeff offered to help even in the cold, he was effecient and so kind. He had me back on the road in no time. I was so thankful for his knowledge and willingness to help! I made it safe to my destination that night, thanks to Jeff!nThank you , K

Purchased brakes 30 days ago. My bank card was CHARGED TWICE. The store manager told me to wait a week to see if one charge was reversed (THESE WERE NOT PENDING CHARGES, BUT ACTUAL CHARGES). After multiple calls to the store I was finally given a helpdesk number. I tried to call the number, but it was for employees. I sent an email to the corporate office and I received a reply that said I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. It has been 6 business days, and when I called the customer service number I was told that they have no access to that information and no other number for me to call. Looks like I'll have to cancel my card and dispute the charge to get my money back. What a huge inconvenience! How many people have you double charged that didn't notice????

Staff was prompt in asking if I needed assistance (which I did lol) told them what I was looking for and delivered the right parts will definitely shop here again
