Disappointed in the work that was done to my vehicle.
I was told my car would be done on a specific date but the date got pushed back twice and they kept my car for two extra weeks. They said it wasn’t done because they had an employee call off several days in a row and they couldn’t do the work without him. When asking around, this seems to be their excuse every time they go past a deadline. Make sure not to pay in full and don’t pay until your car is complete. If they go over the deadline, I suggest asking them to take money off of your final total due to inconvenience. They do not care when your car is done and it seems like they do not care that they are causing an inconvenience to others with their due date issues.
A job that was to take 5 business days took 35 business days. Heard lie after lie after lie that it was almost done. They do good work and are pleasant but if you want your car done in a reasonable time, go elsewhere.
Not done on time, and won't return phone calls
My paint has cracked 6 months after a job was supposedly done!!!took it back right after job was done but no one called back to fix it told them it looked horrible that day!!!
