Brianna Custer was an absolute delight to work with on my purchase. I got the perfect vehicle at the right price. I love my Explorer! Best part was that I was in and out of there in record time. Couldn’t believe what a smooth painless process it was. 5/5 would recommend!!

I had been looking for a vehicle for a while and came across one located at Wapak Ford that looked to be in great condition. It was after 4pm (closing hours) on a Saturday and I decided to call anyways to see if anyone was still there and to see if the vehicle was still on the lot. I had let a car go previously and decided if this was it, I was going to move fast. Luckily, Stephen was still there and was willing to speak with me after closing hours. He even went a step further as to take real-time pictures/videos of the vehicle to send to me before making over an hour drive to come see the vehicle in person. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to waste a trip. I had many questions about the vehicle before deciding to plan a trip to come see it and he was able to provide answers for each of them as accurately as he could with a timely response.nnStephen’s customer service was excellent and I am very grateful to have found a dealership willing to not only work for me, but with me as well. Every person I met in that building was friendly and I felt very comfortable working with them. I had no issues trading in my current vehicle at the time and also got the value that I was hoping for. I had to have a few things fixed on the new car (since it was a used one), and they replaced everything for free since I bought it as is. They even gave me a free oil change along with it! I don’t know many dealerships that are willing to do this for their customers but I am very thankful to have found a place that did and to have found a vehicle that fits great with my current needs/family! A big thanks to Wapak Ford Dealership and to Stephen for his hard work of dealing with me and my 1,000 questions!

Just wanted to share my great experience with everyone. Jerome and the GM did a killer job. They fought like hell to get the package i wanted. I've been waiting for many years to buy my Yukon. This is a mark in my life of greatness. These guys made it happen. They need recognition from the leadership team. There worth a lot of money to some company. I'm in sales and I'm a top performer, so I know customer service. They won this sale by building a friendship and letting business follow. Brilliant!!!! Great job guys !!!! We will be back !!!

I saw a 2015 Chevy Equinox that I wanted online at Wapak Ford. When I arrived, I was assisted by a salesman named Stevie. His personality was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering, and he went to bat for me regarding financing. I was shocked to learn that he's been there less than two months, he seemed like he'd been working there for years! He made sure I left with a vehicle that I love and can afford. He was thoroughly entertaining on top of all that! I highly recommend Stevie and Wapak Ford if you're looking for a car!
