Renee was on top of it! Only was there for an hour would have been there for less time if the wind wouldn’t have knocked the power out but that wasn’t her fault life happens. She was very kind to my daughter and to me
First time going to get my taxes done at the wapakoneta office and they did not have all their ducks in a row. Sat there for 2 hours and barely got anything accomplished. Computer wasn't working right and tax pro was on phone most of time trying to get help. Then had to reschedule for the next day only to sit for a little over 2 hours to go through the exact same thing again. Eventually everything got finished. however it shouldn't have taken that long and if the people that are suppose to be tax pros aren't ready to be on their own yet...they shouldn't be out there representing that service. I was not happy with my service at all and not sure if I will return again next year.
Everyone has been very nice and helpful every visit.
Taxes done right. Just alot of money they charged for doing the taxes.
