Great place helped me in emergency right at closing. Jeff the department manager got me in after I was told it couldn’t be done, I explained I was on my spare and I was taken care of and not left stranded. Thanks auto care!!
Went to get my oil changed and the technician put the wrong oil in my car and never put the oil fill cap back on....DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!!!....had to fi it myself
Will not take vehicle there again.nThey broke my lug nut studs.
If you're looking for friendly service, maybe skip this place. Always seems to be a 2-3 hour wait. Not sure if that's because they're busy or just trying to give plenty of time to work faster services in? I had tires installed this time and they did a good job. Definitely have someone there to drive you home and back.
I was recently on a trip from MI to FL. I had an alignment & wheels balanced just prior to me leaving. I decided to stop at this Walmart because I had some pretty scary vibrations on the highway.nnThese guys were awesome and very understanding, and more than willing to help less than an hour before they closed.nnThe Tech that was working on my car went above and beyond to discover issues with my alignment. He showed me and explained exactly what the issues were and gave very helpful suggestions on solutions.nnI have no doubt that the tech saved my tires and probably more! Very grateful for such an honest and helpful mechanic!
