Make sure you get a correct estimate, we were given an estimate for the repair. I sent in my truck at 1PM local time they called me at 5PM local time and told me that the estimate is off because its an hour more in labor. When I said that the truck was there for only 4 hours how could it be 5 hours of labor I got transferred to the owner. I asked him how do I get charged for 5 hours of labor if the truck has been there for 4 hours and also how is the estimate off by over couple hundred dollars than the original estimate. He told me because there were some extra clamps and because the mechanic was not done with the trailer yet. I asked if usually the repair goes over the initial estimate should they not call and tell the customer that the repair will be more than the original quoted repair? we never received a call, but never got an answer about that, he told me he was not in the loop. I do not mind paying for repairs and I do not mind having businesses and shops make money, but don't take advantage of carriers in such ways. This is a real review from a real company that had work done by this company.

These guys are absolutely fantastic at what they do. They worked on several pieces of my equipment, always in a fast timely manner... and everything they do is done right the first time. I will definitely be back in the future!

A Owner/Operator dream shop, Ty the shop owner owns another 16 trucks and he treat your truck like one of their own trucks, good expertise and knowledge from him and the mechanics, (ask for Dale or Hot Rod), they take time to help you with any problem you may have (they identify a lose oil filter and thightened for me) and helped my truck with several things i didn't even know were happening. In and out in 4 hours and a fantastic price for the repair, you can't ask for more. Will be coming back to this shop.nCame back a second time with a broken transmission and leaved the place with a reman one in two days and for a very friendly price, amazed about the place.nComing back a third time now to work on the engine.
