I’ve been going to John for years. He gives a quality barbershop haircut every time. There’s not a lot of guys like him around still. He takes his time and makes conversation with you. Highly recommend

My husband booked an appointment over a week ago for him and my son to get haircuts this morning they show up this morning and no one is at the shop- they sit in the parking lot for almost a hour - my husband goes up the the store to get a phone number to call only to discover they are moving locations and won’t reopen until after the 16th- no one bothered to call and let us know they were moving or that they would need to reschedule their appointment. Very poor customer service- we will not be using them for haircuts.nn9/15 We sent an email with a screen shot showing the time and date my husband called in for an appointment. We didn't book the appointment online but rather called the shop and spoke to an employee- very disappointed in the manner you are handling this. Courtesy and Professionalism seems to be lacking for you.
