Wonderful chair class with Dee.
This place is very welcoming. It’s been 15yrs since I did yoga so I was a little unsure if I should go, but I’m really happy I did. I’ll be back!
New to yoga so I was very nervous to start! All of the instructors have been amazing and very supportive! They help you ease into poses with such comfort! Very clean, and calming! No outside noise; and with the soft meditating music, the relaxing smell of oils I can completely relax and clear my mind!
I was a newbie to yoga and tried numerous places, Shelley is by far the best instructor. She is so good at explaining the poses and getting you to do them in a fluent way. I would definitely recommend!!
Google only allowed me 5 stars, but I would surely give Green Lotus Yoga studio ZEN! So glad Shelley Kam opened this new spot in Lebanon. She is a terrific instructor. I would highly recommend Green Lotus.
