Do not recommend. Communication was very poor, final product was not correct and still charged full price. The owner even admitted to being confused with the order and didn’t call with questions. There was no mock up to confirm design even though this is a service she said is provided. There was no apology offered for doing it incorrectly and continued to blame me for writing an unclear description with the design. Last time I will order from Leisure time.

Did not deliver on the product we ordered and had very bad customer service when trying to fix the issue. Do not recommend.nn***As I did not personally write this review, I am in business with someone who made an order with you. Hence the reason why you are not finding me in your system. I did however, call a few weeks ago (which is why I’m confused as to why this is just now posting) and spoke with someone who seemed very frustrated/irritated with the given situation and lacked the customer service that I heard we would receive from others who have placed orders with you. There seems to be a lot of (unintentional) confusion from this “past order” and I’ve actually put it behind me, but I hope you all have a wonderful day! :) Thank you!

I had a truly wonderful experience with my embroidery project. They were able to pull my company logo from online and digitize it. They were quick & very appreciative of my business. Now that they have the image saved in their system, any future logo will be $6.10 each. I have had embroidery done in the past and it was a lot more expensive. This was very well priced and again, I am very pleased. Thank you!

Leisure Time Embroidery (LTE) has supported our organization for three years. Nancy and her team completed large and complex orders for us. We have several different garments: jackets, shirts and sweaters. Each person in our organization has garments and none are the same. Each has a different set of embroidered military awards and badges - just like a dress uniform - and LTE sewed these to perfection. Imagine each garment with three or more personalized graphics, and she chose thread color that perfectly complied with the military color of each award and badge. Our members are all Green Berets, and all of them said positive comments about LTE's great work.
