I've always enjoyed the experience at Governance Way location. Laid back staff that are kind and professional. My experience at the Lebanon location was different. They were friendly at check out, but I was told that since my purchase was 40% of that it was considered final sale. I tried on the duster to ensure it fit and checked for holes. It seemed okay and I purchased the piece. The first time I wore it, I noticed an imperfection in the shoulder. I've worn it twice and the imperfection I noticed is unraveling. It's not been washed, so that isn't the problem.nnIf I have to pay full price every time I shop there for the ability to return things, it will definitely limit my future shopping at their stores. Its unfortunate because I enjoy the shopping experience and they have really nice styles.

They had a enormous selection of vintage and modern clothing. The customer service was spectacular. The decor of the store was immaculate. It had a small town atmosphere and fit in with the location (Lebanon). Thank you.

Do not EVER order something from this place online. They have awful communication and will not give you any indication if there is something wrong with your order. I emailed them several times to let them know that I never received my order and did not get a single email back until 34 days after my order was placed. They ended up cancelling my order (which I had to prompt them to even get that out of them), and they refunded me onto a payment method I don't even have (Visa gift card) and then they BLOCKED MY EMAIL! What company does this?!
