Helpful. Quick with the oil change. Overcharged me a few dollars, then realized it and brought me the difference I was owed to me across the street! Very honest mechanics here

Got there about 9:30 -10am for just an oil change. We walked around the area while we waited for them to change the oil.nnWe get our car back around 11:30- 12 and we start heading to take care of our next errand. As we are driving we notice an oil burning smell so I thought they spilled a little oil not a big deal.nnWe drive alittle further and the car engine sounds different and the motor is staying revved up when we slow down and the oil smell is still there. We pull over and they did not put the oil cap back on and we have oil all over the engine.nnI really want to give them 0 stars. They will not see us there again, they lost our trust.nn$52 , one big mess, and 3+ hours later we are just glad we noticed something was wrong before we locked up the motor or the oil caught on fire.

Great experience, tyler was beyond helpful and understanding. Most employees will say what do you want to spend u say 500.00( estimated) and then they come-back and say o this brand is on sale for 750.00. SERIOUSLY did u not just hear my budget!!?? But not tyler. He was never willing to give up until we found a brand that would work, and being a single dad with 2 kids. I GREATLY APPRECIATE TYLER AT LEBANON OHIO TIRE DISCOUNTERS!!!

We thought we were going to have to pay for the resealing of our tires on our vehicle. But since we got the tires there at Tire Discounters earlier that year we ended up not having to pay a dime for the tire being rotated and being resealed. The only thing we had to pay for it was the actual oil change. The staff is always super friendly and always an easy in and out for us when we go to Tire Discounters. So I highly recommend them.
