I recently brought my car to Caliber Collision after a run-in with a concrete bollard at a gas station ud83eudd26♀ufe0fnnEvery employee I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. The whole process was straightforward and they perfectly coordinated everything with my insurance company (Traveler's) in regards to payment and rental car coverage. The repairs were finished in a timely manner and look great! They even cleaned the interior (unrelated to the repair) which was a sweet touch. I'm entirely impressed with Caliber Collision and they'll be my first stop if I'm need of collision repair in the future! I would happily refer anyone to the Lebanon location that I visited.
Don and Kim are so nice. They fixed and painted my car and you cant even tell it was ever in an accident.
My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision for my body work repairs after an accident. They were very professional and up front about the process. They sent me a text update every day about the progress of my vehicle. When they were getting closed to being finished called me to inform me about that they were almost done but unsure if the front bumper being put on would require extra time due to senors needing to be recalibrated. At this point they were already 2 day ahead of schedule and the senor recalibration would only delay them to the original estimate. When I picked up my car I was even surprised to find the inside had been swept and cleaned and my 10 year old car smelled like it was fresh off the lot!nnHighly recommended them in the future! :)
I do not understand how an automotive body shop does not own a lift or a gas can.nI unfortunately ran over something on the way home from work and when I got home and exited my car I smelled gasoline. I contacted my insurance carrier, AllState, and they told me the nearest Preferred Repair Shop was Caliber, in order to get the Lifetime Warranty for the work performed on my Mazda.nSo moving forward, my fuel line was somehow cut when I ran over an unknown object coming over a hill on the way home from work at night.nSo originally they had told me my car would be ready by Jan 6, 2021 ( the loss was on December 19, 2020, a Friday evening ).nThey told me 1/6/21, then it became 1/11/21. I do understand that they did have to wait for the part to be received from Mazda placed in California which would be shipped over the Christmas and New Years Holidays, which I understood that delay, but THEN their sister company ( I do not know that companies name ) had a lift some 5-7 miles away who did the actual repair to my fuel line since my gas tank was obviously empty. The sister company did not take the effort to verify that the line was installed correctly and had it towed back to Caliber with an empty gas tank.nCaliber did not have a gas can, so they put it on one of their techs that said he had one at home to bring it in?!?! I mean seriously, why couldn’t they have just incurred the minimal cost and go and purchase a gas can instead of making me wait an additional 3 days before they got a can and finally test drove it only to realize that the line was not properly installed and was leaking gas causing my car to be sent back to sister company to figure out where they screwed up in the installation!!!!!!nAll in all, I will say I was kept well informed of the delays through a text every couple of days; however the inadequate service that was provided to me renders this rant and the 1 star rating that they were given, only due to the text messages I received on a regular basis as to when my Mazda would be completed.
I took my vehicle for repair at the Lebanon shop (friendly staff), but they were extremely busy, so my vehicle was taken to the Tri County shop. The Tri County shop left the inside of my vehicle dirty& dusty and left some of the old parts (which should have been thrown away!) in my vehicle!
