Joe was our sales rep and he was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and was patient considering I had my 3 kids with me. The process took 4 hours from test drive to leaving with our SUV but Joe made the entire process easy. I would definitely go back. I have never owned a CPO vehicle before but all maintenance need to be performed at one of their locations to ensure warranties aren't voided. I will continue to update as I have experiences with this dealer. But overall, I am extremely satisfied and impressed.

All I have to say is be patient.nI came by myself, and as someone who’s spouse knows more about cars than they do, it could’ve been a very different experience. But Ron Morris is the man! He let me test drive the car, I fell in love with the car, AND he got us a great deal for our trade in! With our credit, I didn’t think it was going to be possible. He was nothing but encouraging, stayed in contact with us, and won us over. We had been to several different places I won’t name, and we’re denied every time. It was definitely for a reason, because we got a better car with power mileage and still got a warranty!nThank you Jake Sweeney!! I am very satisfied.

I had found a vehicle I was interested in on Jake Sweeney's online store. After speaking with my salesman, I was informed the truck was indeed still available but had not yet been delivered to the dealership from the manufacturing facility. Due to the spread of Covid-19 and other factors, the truck market was very competitive at the time. Not wanting to miss out on the opportunity to purchase the exact truck I had been looking for with the addition of manufacturer incentives and other programs that were eligible to me, i made the 3.5 hour drive to their dealership to sign the paperwork. Arriving at the location (which was very nice by the way) we started to dive into getting the transaction written up. It was at this time we became aware that the 3 different programs/incentives I intended to take advantage of were not compatible to be stacked with each other, per GM's rules and restrictions. It was becoming apparent to me that purchasing the vehicle was not going to be financially responsible and I may have to leave empty handed. It was out of the dealership's control.........or so I had thought. While the Jake Sweeney dealership may not be able to control the terms of GM's programs, they went out of their way to come up with a agreeable solution and get me back into a more comfortable financial situation.nNeedless to say I am [im]patiently awaiting the arrival of my new truck, thanks to the willingness of the Sweeney organization to go above and beyond for their customers.nIt's greatly appreciated.nYou owe it to yourself to see how the staff at Jake Sweeney is able to assist your search for a new vehicle.
