Warning: Greedy and not a friend to the Military personnel. .nI made an offer for my son who is serving abroad to purchase a vehicle that this lot bought at auction for far less than what he is asking. I was $999 off asking price and also paying shipping from OH to CA for an additional $1100-$1400. This lot would not BUDGE or even remotely negotiate. Not even for a fellow active duty military who happens to be 18 and on a limited income. Very disappointing and very Greedy. As a proud daughter of a war decorated life long Marine, with 2 purple hearts and 9 distinguished medals, I value and support any business that treats our military men and women with class. No wonder used car lots have a a bad reputation. A perfect example, that said Stephanie was a doll but had no pull whatsoever. Money changes everything.
Very friendly,honest and professional staff!! The auto detailing was excellent. Stephanie answered all my questions and I had the inspection, test drive and paperwork done in under two hours! Thank-you to Mark also who took care of me and got the Jeep ready until Stephanie arrived. I have been to a number of dealerships where all they do is park the vehicle and put balloons on them. CAG is impressively above the rest.
James Tatum is a very knowledgeable and personable sales person. Very helpful. I would have given a 5 star review if the boss had agreed to a reasonable reduction in price. Bought the car anyway.

If I could give a 0 I would. Beware of this sales lot! Bought a 3yr old car drove it off the lot and within an hour had to have it towed back . Within having it 2 weeks 2 other engine lights are on. The sales manager is dodging my calls and avoiding me like the plague. You would think a first car for a young hardworking girl they would feel the need to make it right. Would not recommend.
