Absolutely the easiest purchase I have made at a dealership.... no haggling back and forth for hours everything was laid out and the price we agreed upon was the price I paid.... no surprises....one of the most smoothest vehicle purchases ever.... also want to mention Cory the salesman we worked with was awesome not the typical pushy salesman..... will definitely shop here again...

I rarely give reviews on anything but I'm impressed enough by my experience with Cronin to share my thoughts. When I want to look at vehicles I like to do that without someone hovering and trying to push me into buying something from them. Of course when I was wandering the truck lot at Cronin I was approached by a salesperson, Tony, but it was a really good interaction. Tony was helpful, not pushy, gave me space to look around without hovering, and ultimately put together a deal for me that I'm happy with. The staff that worked with me was top-notch. All I can say is make sure you find Tony when you're looking for your next vehicle.

What a great truck buying experience! I purchased a Ram 1500 Laramie Sport and worked with Tony who is a very sociable and polite young salesman. He was very informative and kept me apprised throughout the buying process through phone calls and text messages which I very much appreciated. I also met Bob, a very personable sales manager who worked tirelessly with me, my trade, and my budget. How many can say they had a very relaxed and enjoyable experience at a car dealership? I CAN !

My salesman Tony was very professional and easy to deal with. Everyone at the dealership has been very nice. They really make you feel comfortable in the car buying process. Tony showed us how things work on my new Grand Cherokee. Tony has been checking in with me to make sure that my car is working out for me and if I had any questions about the features. Had a great experience with everyone from someone greeting us to employees popping in their comments to help out with information to help us understand more about the Jeep Wrangler. From start to finish very professional crew. Rob Spurlock is who our Product Specialist was. He stayed late to show us all the features on the Jeep and how each worked. Very helpful. Would recommend. Great experience.
