Excellent customer and follow up from Samantha Sprandel in the Income Tax Dept.nWe received a letter about owing $24 on estimated income tax payments for 2019.nSince we were new residents in 2019, I asked for a return call from the Income Tax Dept. to match what I found vs. the Lebanon records.nSamantha Sprandel promptly called me back and she was polite and attentive. She suggested I look at our 2018 return too, since we took possession of the house at the end of that year. I called her back after looking at our payment history and all our payments were matched with the city records, but we did owe the $24, which we paid this week before the deadline.nI thought Samantha was Very Helpful and Patient and Offered Good Advice. She was also very organzied when we compared the quarterly payments received to make sure we matched on the dollars.
