My father was going in to get a loan for tractor and due to all the extra craziness he wasn’t able to do it the way we usually do it. However he was blessed with a employee who went above and beyond to help him in getting the information needed. A huge THANK YOU to Ogga at the Waverly, Ohio credit union.
I live in Waverly Ohio and I would rather drive all the way to Chillicothe to bank with atomic in Chillicothe. The workers at Waverly Atomic are very rude with most customers. You can be in there drive-thru 10 minutes till the time they close and have two customers in front of you and by the time that you get to the window a girl says sorry we're closed. It would have been very different if I knew the girls in the window had not seen me sitting there waiting my turn 10 minutes prior to closing. Most of the time if you walk in you only have one to two tellers and the service is very slow.
The automatic bill pay feature is an absolute joke. The check never seems to be sent in a timely manner. The employees are friendly.
Need more tellers have trouble when there is only 2 most of time
