I was there yesterday and a kid named Jacob helped me. He ordered me some windshield wipers and had them drop shipped since they were not in stock. Then right before closing 6:50,nI called him back and needed a battery for my car. He not only sold me the battery at closing. He did his closing responsibility's then got his tool box out of his car and installed my new battery for me. He needs a raise. Very polite and extremely helpful.n5 ☀☀☀☀☀ employee made it a 5 ☀☀☀☀☀nExperience. Thank you Jacob for going far beyond your job description on your own time and helping me in my time of need. Entire staff was extremely helpful. Scheduled an iPhone battery replacement that morning and once I got there repair took no longer than 15 minutes. Also, had no idea of the full range of services Batteries Plus offered but after this experience will definitely be coming back here for future battery needs for our phones and more!
