Horrible customer service. If you want people to come in, don't make them feel rushed on the phone. I'm asking questions about your services that could potentially lead to a sale. These people need to remember that the customer brings the money. You need me, I don't need you. I'd rather go to some other place and pay an extra $5 if they've got stellar customer service.
terrible customer service. sherri working the counter was extremely rude towards every customer that came in including us. & it took hours for our tires to be changed, and they could not give us an eta as to when it would be complete besides “they’re busy” would never recommend this place to anyone for any car needs
Went in for a oil change and was there for 5 hours. My husband decided to do his own a week later and checked mine and the oil was black and my filter hadn’t been changed.nIt’s a shame you can’t trust any place with your vehicles.
Friendly and fast at least my last visit
Horrible customer service. The old guy. Nate is slow as Christmas and no one helps him. You can call for hours on end and no one will answer. Save yourself some heat ache and go somewhere else. They need to fire everyone and start over. Typical lazy Walmart workers.
