Made it awesome work on my truck went above and beyond the call of duty. Appreciate all their help well done gentleman.
If you don't specifically tell them whats wrong with your truck they can't or won't fix it.(I should have just went to mechanic school). As a company driver I lost thousands of dollars over three separate weeks over a DEF sensor. The only thing I can tell my kids is maybe Santa will come next year. Take your truck to Ryder on NeedMore ave.
Truck gave issues out of the blue I called alot of dealerships in the area and was told more then week wait on diagnosis these guys got me in and worked on n fixed my truck same day for reasonable rate if I have trouble in the future will definitely come back
I called them one day before and made a 8am appointment and they took me right in for a A/C problem. Brandon Bentley took great care of me with great communication on what was going on. I remember Brandon from the Columbus branch and he was really good there, The work was done in about 2 hours and I was back on the road. The mechanic was also nice and took time to explain what he did. Love this shop I will go out of my way to use them again, if I have another problem. Thanks guys
Just went there picked up a truck for transfer the receptionist was very helpful
