Trey is fantastic- he's professional, polite and personable. While I was waiting for me to be checked in with Trey, Norm chatted with me, and he too was professional, polite and personable.nI had brought my car in December 2020, my check engine light had come back on a few days ago and was throwing the same code along with a tag-along code as my December visit. Kristopher gave me no information besides salesman talk and the price (it deters me, but some people prefer that personality), Trey was informative and was very straight forward which I prefer.

I had an incredible experience at Smedleys. I purchased a 2014 Cruze from their pre-owned vehicle department knowing there was a problem with the speakers. The salesman made a verbal promise (nothing in writing) that they would replace the speaker that was causing the problem. They replaced the speaker, but the problem remained. They replaced more speakers, replaced the wiring, and then the stereo harness, still didn't solve the problem. I had to bring it back a third time, this time they ran all sorts of test and wound up replacing the radio itself - problem solved!! Throughout the entire experience I was impressed with their professionalism, dedication to solving the issue, and the lengths they went to based on a verbal agreement. All of that work was done without charging me a penny. Even though this is a dealership, it has all the good qualities of a hometown family owned business. Highly recommend!!

Nice place to shop for a car or truck. Body shop and service departments do very good work too. Been very satisfied with their work.

I had the Equinox in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was there for about 30 minutes. Quick and easy.
