I recently purchased my first new vehicle at Kia of Dayton. Everyone there was pleasant. Alan helped with my purchase. Great guy! We were there 3hrs after closing time getting everything done. Before leaving he took the time to explain in detail all the technology in my 2021 Kia Forte. Brandon assisted with the buying process and he was just as awesome! I definitely recommend.

I would like to apologize in advance for the review that I'm about to write. I know a lot of good people at Kia Of Dayton, and the customer service I experienced on 2/8/21 was simply horrific to say the least. I went in for an oil change at 10:30, and I didn't get my car back until 12:23. They didn't even tell me that my car was done. I just happened to see it sitting outside near the customer entrance where they usually park the cars when they're done with them, and I had to actually ask the guy if my car was done. My wife took her car in the same day at 11:00 and didn't get her car back until 1:55. There were also 5 other customers waiting for their cars, and they were just as heated as we were. So I asked for the manager, and I explained to him that I myself was a manager in the customer service business and that the customer service I experienced that day was unacceptable. I also took him to the customer waiting area where everyone was sitting and I explained one by one every persons issue that had been sitting there for hours waiting for their cars. All he could say was that all of the scheduling is now done somewhere in Kentucky, and that they have no clue what they're getting into until they come in. Without sounding unsympathetic, the question I have is how is that the customers problem? No one came out to explain anything to anyone. All they did was let everyone sit there in the waiting area for hours waiting on their cars to be done.nnHere's a shocker for you. One of the customers sitting in the waiting area was told that his car was done. He was given the paperwork to pay for the work and everything. This particular customer had a tracking device on his car, and it actually tells him whenever his car has been moved. When he looked at his phone, he noticed that his car hadn't gone up in mileage at all, and that it was still sitting in the same spot where he parked it when he arrived there hours earlier. He told the maintenance guy, and the maintenance guys came back 10 minutes later and said they made a mistake. WHAT??? Is Kia actually doing the work, or are they holding the cars hostage and making you think they're doing the work? My trust level has gone wayyyyyy down for Kia, and I'm not sure I want to take my car there for any kind of service going forward because I can't trust that they're doing what I'm paying them to do.nnA lot of customers were very unhappy that day, and I must say that I've never ever seen or experienced anything like that before at a dealership. That was a very bad day for Kia, and I would be willing to bet any amount of money that what all the customers experienced that day will circulate extremely fast. I will continue to buy my cars from Kia, but I will think twice about taking them to be serviced there.

I recently purchased my very 1st brand new car and wow- it was an amazing experience! Right when I walked in the door, I was greeted by the super friendly & enthusiastic Will. He sat us down and proceeded to inquire about my wants and needs in a vehicle. I really planned on buying used. It didn't work out that way as I am a proud owner of a 2021 Kia Sportage. I am thrilled with her (yes, my car is a her). Will and I went over the differences between used vs new and decided new would be best. I test drove one but wanted a specific color. I ended up leaving with the beauty that was on the show room floor. Being this was my 1st time buying a new car, I didn't realize how long of a process it was but let me tell you that the guys made it such a smooth process. Brandon did an amazing job getting my loan numbers where we wanted them to be and although tedious, Gabe was awesome with the signing of all the documents process. I've been back once since with a couple questions and again, they were great! I won't need to buy a new car anytime soon as I expect this one to last many years but I definitely intend on giving these guys my business for many years to come!

Went to Kia of Dayton, because a friend recommended it for its service. Got in with an idea of what we wanted, went out with a new Kia Forte. They were very knowledgeable and helpful; if you're looking for your first new car I highly recommend them.
