My husband and I went into the dealership last night, we were on a mission and knew what we were looking for and exactly what we wanted to take for a ride. Our sales person Kris was amazing! She was super nice, we closed the deal. It was her first in person sale! We were happy we could be her first close. The finance guy was great too, worked with our bank that we already had a pre-approval with. They cleaned the new car for us, and filled it up before we took it with us. My only recommendation is that the person who brought the car around parked it in a way that my husband didn't notice it was up to the curb. It looked like he could pull out. Ended up going up on the curb and scrapped his new rims and tire. I don't recommend parking up to the curb like that. But other than that, great experience..... Also, they have Manicure Mondays!!

Tyler the service writer was awesome! He got me in, took care of the running lights I couldn’t get out and got the new ones in. Kept me in the know due to them being such a headache to get out and how long it took. Greatly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism. Thanks again Tyler- Shawn Fogelman

I called in to get info on locking wheel nuts on my Passat, I was told I could come straight in, no appointment necessary. When I arrived they were very courteous, told me the wait time and directed me to the waiting area. My car was finished in no time, im very happy with the quick and friendly service I received. They also offer a military discount.

Very surprised with the Volkswagen Tiguan when I saw it in person. The r-line black is a must if you want that sporty classy look. Mike Wilcox and Greg Seigel helped me during my venture. They both were very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with making this purchase. They also were very responsive to my texts which is awesome for all the question I had and some of them really relatively late at night. Overall pleased with my purchase and glad I went VW.

After trying to work with another dealership on the purchase of a new a new Atlas and Tiguan, we went to Evans. Greg Seigel was our solution specialist and did an excellent job. He was professional and informative but not aggressive. Greg and his management team gave us very good pricing on both vehicles and a fair value for our trade in. To finish the process, the F&I manger was also pleasant and informative. He explained all options such as extended warranty that they are required to present without being pushy. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new or used VW visit Evans VW.
