I purchased a previously owned 2006 BMW 330xi. I needed to have recalls completed on the auto I purchased and contacted BMW of Dayton to see what I had to do in order to have these recalls taken care of. Everyone from the receptionist to the service technician were polite and professional in every way. I am 68 years old and have never owned an automobile made in anywhere other than the USA. I was impressed with the speed, accuracy and after service follow up. I would recommend any of my friends with a BMW to the service department for repairs and if the Service department is any reflection of the Sales Department buying a new BMW here would be a good thing. Very respectful group of people.

I recently purchased a car from Evans BMW and I had an enjoyable experience doing so. Their service is friendly, punctual and communicative. Their finance department was upfront about everything and took the time to answer all of my questions fully, not something I have had the pleasure of before.nThey have been especially respectful during this pandemic of space and cleanliness.

I had a really good experience with BMW of Dayton. They were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Special thanks to David in the service department that notified me of what my car needed and was super nice..What stops me from giving a 5 star rating is the lady they have answering the phone and cashing people out...she sounded bothered and irritated on the phone and presented the same way in person! Businesses must have a warm friendly inviting person answering the phones. ESPECIALLY when customer's are spending large dollars! Again, I had a great experience and would still recommend BMW of Dayton.

We recently bought a BMW X5 from Michael Weber. It’s our 3rd time to buy a BMW from Evans. Each time our experience has been excellent. Michael was very helpful, laid back, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. Jonathon, the BMW Genius, was also very helpful in showing us what was what in the vehicle. Even the financial part of it was easy and only took a short time. I would recommend a BMW and getting it from Evans Motorworks.

Great dealer, quick sale, easy to work with. Restored my confidence in BMW dealers for sure, Greg Seigel in sales was no nonsense and absolutely great to deal with. Service has exceeded my expectations not only on this vehicle but in the past. Worth the drive for sure.
