I waited to give a review to give them time to get the hang of things. I've had my drink messed up several times (they make it hot vs iced) which I was willing to overlook at first but yesterday they messed up again and told my husband he had to go to the back of the line to re order me the correct drink and the line was really long.

I have had several white chocolate Mocha's that were awful. One tasted like hot water and milk. The girls that work the drive thru are courteous and keep it moving. Kroger has far better baristas.

I couldn't wait to review this new Starbucks.....I am so disappointed in Starbucks at this new location. (Huber Heights, Old Troy Pike). Absolutely very slow service. Its terrible. They have you waiting for a few long minutes in line, even when they're are a couple cars ahead of you. They wasted at least a good 15/20mins of my time.nIt seems as if they have a bunch of inexperienced workers there. You are better off going to the Starbucks inside of Kroger's. They get it done fast. They can handle the overload. You would think drive thru service would be fast but its definitely not. This is not the first time this happened. They need to step up the pace, especially where its heavy traffic.

Only 2 stars right now as they are very slow and the lines really long. Often times 30 minutes to get my drink. I'm sure it will get better in time, but for now I can't give more then 2 stars based on how slow they are. Also mobile ordering often shows unavailable so you can't always even order ahead. UPDATE: very fast now, the lines are moving fast! No issues here now, highly recommend.

I ordered a bakery item and asked for it to remain sealed in its original packaging, rather than being opened and transferred to the paper bag. The employee refused, explaining that to do so would present a covid risk. She then proceeded to open the sealed package, transfer the food to an open paper bag, and then hand it to me via a plastic tray which had been used for who-knows-how-long and for how many previous orders.
