This Starbucks has improved from the past. There used to be flies all around the stand as you walked in and out at Kroger. This was about a year ago. Now I go regularly. I believe the morning employees are the best because they’re most attentive and knowledgeable. You tend to get the teenagers in the evenings where your chances of getting a bad order is higher. They tend to be out of toppings for drinks or drizzle that goes over the whip cream pretty often. Customer service has always been a plus. Overall I live down the street and will continue to go.
The best Starbucks on d Troy Ok. The morning girl Joy makes the best White Chocolate Mocha's. The one across the street is awful. Last one I got there tasted like hot water and milk.
Every time I go I mobile order earlier and earlier and I always have to wait on average 20 min for my drink to be completed. This last time they started to make it, dumped it out and I watched the empty cup just sitting there. When I finally got it, it was terrible. If you must go to Starbucks, go to Englewood. Theyve got it down to an art and you'll probably get your drink faster.
The staff at this place is awesome. Friendly, with great customer service. Thank you for people like y'all!!!
