Welp to say disappointing is an understatement. Went to order 2 drinks. 3 ladies in front of me had ordered there drinks and received them. I walk up and John (I believe) and a blonde hair girl are behind the counter. John proceeds to tell me he can’t take my order because he is going on break. So I stand there thinking the girl will. The girl then proceeds to tell me she can’t help me because she is leaving. Standing there confused as to what happened. I went to customer service and explained to them that yes the 2 workers apologized but felt that it wasn’t right that they would leave the Starbucks un-staffed. The customer service lady and manager were both extremely apologetic about the actions the 2 employees took and acknowledged that they did not handle this correctly. They did issue a gift card to the store but still hard to not feel disappointed with the actions those 2 employees took In Starbucks.
Not really sure what was going on but whole entire pastry case was completely emptied out when my daughters wanted to order a cake pop but the worker had a Starbucks blueberry muffin behind the counter she was waiting to pay for ..also out of chai lattes?!?!
My caramel macchiato was made perfect not scorching hot, and was able to enjoy it right away...
The strawberries in my daughter's Pink Drink were rotten and the girl refused to give me my change back. Poor attitude and poor quality.
