We have had A-Able come out to do our yearly checks for several years now. We had them out this past Friday (4/24/2020) and my husband was going on about how they have provided the best service to us since we inherited my mother in laws home. That stopped the technician in his tracks after he made some adjustments to our furnace and had made some suggestions about our AC unit. His words “I’m glad you told me about the warranty being in your mothers name as it now voids the warranty for you and I cannot help you any further... what I can do is sell you a new unit” ... it is now Sunday and we have not only lost the AC unit but it is chilly so we went to turn the furnace on... no heat either. Not sure what this kid did to our furnace while he was checking it out but it worked fine Thursday evening last week BEFORE they sent this kid out to help us.... thanks for nothing A-Able! NEVER use these guys .... please!!!
