I've taken my car to Kramer's several times. They always get me in and out quickly. Their prices are reasonable and everyone there is really nice and honest. They don't try to upsell repairs, they don't pressure you, they just do their job and do it really well. I'll be going back there every time I need repairs

The best automotive shop to go to. Outstanding customer service, beyond knowledgeable and capable of fixing anything without charging you an arm and a leg. They keep honesty and integrity along with extereme professionalism as their business moto. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Given to them 5 and a half months ago. Car got back to us just a couple days ago, the belt tore, one of the pullys to keep the belt in place is missing a bolt and was loose. And after not even 3 hours total driving it after them giving it back, there is a terrible ticking.
