Worst company I’ve ever dealt with!!!! In January We had just bought our house when realizing the furnace does not work. We contacted this company who said they could come out and look at it. We explain the furnace is not work at all and we had no other heat source. The guy said he would be out the following day and never showed. We called again to find out what happened he told us he got busy and he would come out that day around noon. He showed up about 7:30 PM. We was A little irritated he had shown up so late but at the same time we was just happy to have somebody there to fix our furnace. He told us what was wrong with it and said he could fix it for $750 which we paid. He was supposed to come back the next day. He said he could order the part from his warehouse and it would be delivered on the truck the next morning. After calling multiple times he showed up a week later. He finally came and “fixed the furnace“ which only worked for that evening. The next morning we woke up with it being 50° in the house. When we called him he said he would come back to fix it that day which he showed up several days later and this is with us calling multiple times again! He said he fixed it but once again within hours after leaving it quit working. He told us that we could get it to turn back on by flipping the switch off, unplugging this wire, waiting 10 seconds, then plugging the wire back in, flipping the switch back on. He said this would make the furnace come on. He told us he would be back in two days with another part to fix the furnace. AND once AGAIN He never showed up. On top of that are carbon monoxide alarms started going off and we had to completely turn off the furnace, shut the gas off to the furnace and call the fire department. We call this company AGAIN!!!!!! In which they promised AGAIN!!!!! They would be out to fix our furnace and they have never shown up!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very Professional, timely, and at a great price. They replaced my old furnace, ac unit, and all the ductwork. it looks and works 1000% better! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Very responsive to calls and texts and flexible with changes. Mark, Marty and the guys were awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Terrible company, don't even think about using them. I had the same appointment 3 different times, and no one ever showed. When I called the owner to tell him nevermind, he didn't seem to care at all.

Mark is very knowledgeable and thorough. He responded immediately when contacted and within a day was at our home refilling our unit and checking everything out to make sure it would run in tip top shape with 0 issues! This isn’t our first time coming to mark with HVAC issues but I can guarantee you he’s the only one I will go to! I recommend that if you ever have any issues, whether it be your AC or Furnace mark is the man for the job! Definitely gets ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f from me!
