Sonia hair braiding Cincinnati Ohio

I went to Sonia once and she was great; so I thought. I went to see her Sept 3, 2020 and she was so unprofessional and very unsanitary; I was disgusted with her. When I first got to her house I went to use the bathroom and there was NO SOAP for me to wash my hands nor was the toilet seat down or flushed after clearly a MALE used it!!!! My appointment was at 2p; so tell me why she started cooking after her appointment before me left?!! She had the nerve to ask me if I was driving so that we could go to her sister's house to get my hair done. NEVER asked me to take her, just hopped in my car; which I thought I was following her! We get to the new location at about 230p and there was at least 15 women in this little apartment with about 8 females getting their hair braided; while COVID-19 is going on!!!!! NO LIE!!! NOT one of the braiders had a mask on!! I was soooo shocked that she did this to me! Then she forgot the style I sent her through text and the price she quoted me; so she tried to quote me a completely different price. When I mentioned how much she originally said she then tried to embarrass me in front of all these women by saying the hair I bought was plastic and that she couldn't use it!!! She tried to get me to use her hair and basically pay her more money. She thought she was going to take advantage of me but I LEFT!! I will NEVER give her my money again or recommend anyone to get their hair braided by her!!!!! Terrible Service LADIES and GENTS don't do it!!!!

Sonia was able to get me an appointment with less 24 hours notice after another braider canceled on me. Her work was clean and the braids were even and organized. She was sweet!

I had a wonderful experience getting my box braids done. Sonia started right away, and finished quick. She was very friendly and professional. She even was generous enough to run me to the atm when i asked her. I recommend her for anyone who wants any braiding styles. Also prices are reasonable!
