I highly recommend Meineke Car Care Center on Colerain Ave. They heled me and my husband from A to Z. We knew right then and there that we were in great care. Very professional, detailed and excellent customer service. Very affordable with many options on how we can pay. I thank them for all they did and will definitely be back for more service.

I walked into Meineke car center and was greeted by two men behind the desk. With a smile. One man said you must be... I said yes. He explained what was done to my car.. I was so pleased with the care and time they took to walk me through all of the repairs and that they stand behind there work.

They got me taken care of same day. A/C is working great. I can tell wheel barring issue is fixed now. Bill and the other gentlemen were friendly and professional. If I need anything else done in the future I will return here.

Simply put, my car stopped Friday morning. I called 2 other places that said they wouldnt be able to get to the car until next Wednesday at the earliest. I've had work done with MCCC in the past, so I called them. They said the diagnostic would be free since I've been there before. He called me with the problem (original factory fuel pump 03 Hyundai Sonata 231K miles) The car got towed at about 11am to the Colerain location and the work was completed by 4 pm. Not over charged. Customer service was good. Off to work I go. The End!ud83dudc4dud83cudffd

I was referred by a friend and they did not disappoint! They were friendly, professional, gave me advice, rotated my tires and drove my car to make sure everything worked properly! That’s where they had me! Oh and the price was extremely reasonable! They have my business for life and I will tell everyone I know!ud83dudc9c
