On my last routine maintenance appointment, I was very impressed with the customer service I experienced. The service advisor, Josh H., was great. Seamless check in and got me in the rental quickly (needed rental due to no ride and unable to wait because of work). The staff was great, effective communication, and timely work. Much appreciated. He even found a coupon for my bill which I appreciated more than he knows. Great work!! Thank you.

I had a routine oil change and tire rotation done today. Scheduling the appointment by phone was so easy and quick. I got text reminders a few days before my appointment day which was helpful. I arrived early which was not a problem! I was quickly checked in and left my car with them. Desiree was so friendly, and not at all pushy when she called about recommended services outside of what initially requested. They completed the work to my car in a timely manner and I was able to pick it up and be back home in no time!

Great experience from start to finish. I saw a vehicle I wanted online and asked for more information. Marcus responded promptly with a video of my vehicle.nTrevor got me financed with payments I could afford. I couldn't be happier with the customer service provided, everyone was very friendly! I would recommend Jeff Wyler Honda to anyone looking for a good vehicle. They are absolutely amazing! Thank you again Trevor and Marcus!

Great customer service, better than I ever expected. My sales rep Al (or Richard) let me take the car out on the highway, which I appreciated. Everything was explained to me during the buying process. The car had two new tires, brake pads, and windshield wipers which surprised me for a 2012 model used car. 50 point inspection and the car was washed again before I drove it off the lot. The dealership took my car as a trade in even though it had been damaged previously. Definitely give this place a try as theynattempt to be very competitive on their prices. I feel that I can definitely recommend this dealership to others.nHighly recommend!

I want to acknowledge that Brian @ the Jeff Wyler Honda Colerain was very professional and provided outstanding service. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. His quote for a windshield replacement was extremely fair and reasonable. The turnaround time was very efficient and quick. The shuttle team was courteous and helpful. I would recommend him, and this Jeff Wyler Honda Service Dept. on Colerain.
