This was literally The easiest buying process I have ever been through. I found what I wanted on line and went straight to the dealership. No haggle, no fuss, no banter....in and out simple and easy. They were all great to work with and I honestly never thought I would ever own a Ford (been a GM gal my whole life) but this might be the start of a beautiful relationship!! I love my truck and for the first time in a long time I have a vehicle that fits me personality, style and attitude!

I am absolutely so happy with Northgate Ford. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. If you’re in the market for a car, ask for Andre! He is the absolute best. He is helpful, kind and so knowledgeable. He was honest and open about each step in the process. He answered any questions I had about my 2020 Escape and showed me all that I needed to know. Thank you, Andre and the rest of the staff!

Having just been in an accident, buying a car was not something I had planned to do. However, being a priority, I found an amazing Jeep at Northgate Ford. Now I’ll never want to go anywhere else! They were so inviting and helpful. I worked with Jason Robb who was awesome. He made car shopping, which can be stressful, easy and fun! I took my 2016 Ford Escape in for transmission issues. Turns out the transmission needed to be completely replaced. I hadn't even had the car for a year!!! Luckily I had the extended warranty coverage and everything was taken care of down to the penny and all I had to pay was my deductible. I love this dealership. Everyone I met was friendly and fun and had a good sense of humor. The only drawback I had with my experience was that I felt that the communication wasn't really there like I would have wanted it to be. My car was with Northgate Ford for almost a month!!!! I missed my car so much, but Randy and Steve and the girls up front were amazing. They even did my oil change (which I was due for) and replaced a tire that had a hole in it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks everyone at Northgate Ford!!!

As most people probably are, car buying can be exhausting. I love buying from Northgate Ford and will only buy from Vance Burris as he is awesome and honest which at some dealers is hard to find. I can guarantee that you will love working with Vance as most of my family does. Thank you Vance and Northgate Ford for being awesome and treating people as people and not just a number. Keep up the good customer service aspect. I won't buy from any dealer who has rude sales people, but you won't find that in Vance. Keep up the good work Vance and please don't retire for awhile, lol...
