I’ve had a car removed from them before a few years ago & I had to harass the tow company to come pick it up because they absolutely do NOT contact you for anything. Now I am having the exact same problem, I called 2 & a half weeks ago now & was told the tow company would call within 1.5 hours. That didn’t happen, so I called them. Once I called, the people at the tow company sounded annoyed that I was calling at all. I was told they’ll call me back to schedule something. They called back, scheduled a day to pick it up finally. Then the day came & passed, no pickup, no phone call, nothing. They called me days later & said I need to reschedule the pickup. I called back to schedule & was once again told they would call me back later to schedule something with the driver. No call back from them at all so far. I’ve been waiting to get my car picked up for WEEKS. I’m not going to keep calling these people & beg them to come get my car. Unprofessional, this is not worth your time at all. You’re better off calling elsewhere or selling the car yourself.

Easy to get rid of an old car!! Just call and all negotiation done on phone! Set desl and pick up time! GONZO!!!
