Waited in a long long line for a cup of frozen yogurt for my child who had a medical procedure. They let me order it but said the machine was down when I got up there. This happens all the time at McDonald's but usually they tell you before making you wait in the line. It seems to me that no crew members of any McDonald's like to do the ice cream thing so maybe you should drop it from the menu? Or make it easier and more fun for your crew to do?
In morning time fast past at night lot of playing around and not get food out fast really slow at night

Went at a bad time, cause it was super crowded. Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time. Now I remember why. A Big Mac is really two cheese burgers. Super small. C'mon y'all can and should do better. Tasted alright though!!
Need to hire more help. And the fries is always cold and they never sorry for there mistakes. The company been around way to long to serve cold food. Need to go back to coprate. The only good thing about this place is the convenance of location. Rude ghetto employees some of them. They need to go back to corporate. Privately own don't work.
