They are good and fast, but dont put nearly enough sugar in their coffee. It is extremely bitter and can only taste the bitterness. I got toasted coconut but only taste bitter.
We dined in, there was no line but we waited almost 5 minutes to even have someone look at us to take our order. Had to repeat pretty much entire order, and still didn’t receive everything. Then when we tried to leave the drive thru was so narrow/snow not plowed that we had to wait another 10 minutes in line just to leave! Not planning on returning, but the bragel sandwich was good!
The coffee is great, had a nice, bold taste and is stronger than other chains. Plenty of latte options and flavors, if that's something you are interested in. They have a drive through, which makes it much easier to grab and go.
Love the Carmel Marvel, and the vegan sausage on everything bagel... So good!
I went to BIGGBY today on a whim. What a pleasant surprise! I was greeted warmly by three staff members. My PSL with almond milk was to die for! Seriously better than Starbucks. I, also, tried their bacon, egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel. So yummy! I will be back.
