My tax advisor dies 3 weeks before my appointment. We had been together about 5 yrs. Jim Olson. The office took care of me in a very good manner, Maria did my taxes within a day or 2. Not Jim, but damn well near ud83dude0a. He will be missed.

I have used Block for years---have no intention of changing now. Some of these questions are not appropriate this year considering the fact that I never met the person who did my taxes---nor did I talk with her until she called to tell me that my taxes were finished. I don't have a problem with this as my taxes are not complicated, but I honestly cannot make an evaluation based on one phone call to tell me that my taxes were done.
