Do not make an appointment at the colerain location especially on a Sunday. Cause no one will be there. You won’t get a curtesy call to reschedule and you will just waste your time waiting. Don’t waste your time calling to get any information as the desk phone will just ring. Because no one is there to pick up. I left a message to call me back. Let’s see how that goes.

The website said the location i went to was open on Tuesdays I made my appointment no one showed up the next day the person called and said she doesn't work on Mondays and apologized I cansay that. the one I went to was on Colerain avenue across from Ronald reagan hwy
