The entire process was painless starting from David's consult all the way through to the PM Anthony's final inspection. The crew was friendly and left my place as if they were never there except for the new roof! Communication from Erin at the office was timely and accurate so I would not hesitate to recommend Avsten to any of my neighbors or friends.
Avsten construction worked on my house due to storm damage. I had a very knowledgeable young man named Casey come and assess my damage. Casey was very thorough and knew his job. We chose to use Avsten and I was equally impressed with the owner Donovan and Mike. The quality of work that my husband and feel like we received was top notch. I would like to say that the crews on the job were awesome! We love our home improvements and feel like this company did a great job! I highly recommend Avsten construction. I give them a 5/5. Avsten Construction did a great job in replacing my roof plus the repair & paint of my ceiling & walls in the great room. Two teams of men who didn’t stop till the work was done. Thanks to Zac & Cooper who helped with getting the initial pictures & paperwork for insurance. Thanks to Erin and Mike for working the paperwork and getting the teams organized for the job. Thanks to the men who busted out my whole roof plus clean up in just over 12 hours. Thanks to Jerry and his team for making a great room paint job seem smooth and simple. I highly recommend this company.
Avsten has been phenomenal to work with in repairing our roof due to wind damage. The team was very professional & responsive to the questions I had throughout the process. I received emails & phone calls to help me schedule out the job & make sure it worked with my schedule. When the install day came, they actually rebuilt my two story roof completely in one day! Decking, under laminate, & shingles tear down & replacement all in the same day. I was very impressed. Not only that but the gentleman on the job site were very clean & conscientious in regards to my lawn, patio, & flower beds. They even raked my leaves!nThey have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
I couldn't have been happier about my experience with Avsten! Very polite, professional and courteous. Zack was great through the entire process, from working with my insurance company to meeting with the adjuster. They got the approval from my insurance company. After the work was started and the shingles were removed they found that the wood decking was not in good condition. They quickly called my insurance company and got an approval to completely re-deck the entire house. They didn't skip a beat. The crew worked 16.5 hours to get all 3 buildings done. Anthony was very attentive to the quality check process and didn't make me feel rushed while i was asking questions. Well deserved 5 stars for this crew and Company! I will make sure to recommend them to all my family and friends! Thanks again for a great experience!!
