I watched the kid take my box of Italian cheese bread out if the warmer, almost drop the box, he caught the box, & my cheese bread came out of the box, both of his hands on my actual bread, hit against his pants. He put it back on the box & handed it to me. I asked for fresh, he told me it just came out of the warmer. I said not just hit your pants. I want a fresh one. Why was this up for discussion!
Just like any other little Caesars, food was ready when got there. Pretty clean as well. Besides parking lot idk who us responsible for cleaning that due to many bbn other places around but there was glass every where and right where I parked. But again that's the only complaint I really have.
Ordered delivery and, though it arrived quickly, it was missing part of my order and one of the pizzas I did receive seemed like it was only halfway topped (see photo). I paid for two extra crazy sauces and received none, not even the one that was supposed to come with it. I was supposed to get a soda with my meal and didn't get it. I called the store 3 times to try to fix this but they did not answer.
Love it this store. Pizza taste so good. And excellent customer service. But they set up different price for the same pizza order. I went twice and order A Veggie, the 1st cost $10.50 and the 2nd $12.99. A Way to steal money. Not a fair store.
Rude employees. Picked up a pretzel pizza an hour before closing. They had all the lights turned off and tried not to answer the phone. Pizza box was wet from the grease. Pizza was way too salty.
