Got a hair-cut after being in COVID isolation and made the appointment, got seen same day, and got the Hair Cut with scalp massage and warm towel, and ear waxing. The service was outstanding and the cut was great. My wife loved it and zero complaints.nnI didn't believe the 5 star rating so I decided to try for myself, and for me and my wife's sake, I'm glad i did. Definitely going to be a return customer.

I left my previous review and picture a few years ago. I’ve since moved to Portland, Oregon - a city well known for having great barbers. I’ve tried more than a few, and even though I’m quite certain I’m not very picky, and don’t consider my hair or style that difficult, I’ve honestly left every barber less than completely satisfied. Luckily I still come to Cincinnati, and first thing I do is make my appointment to see Lisa. From my first visit to the one today, I’ve left with not only a great haircut, but a boost of positivity from her unique, one of kind shop and personality.nnI knew my current style needed an update, but that’s usually a risk I’m not willing to take with most barbers. We went over a few styles that would look good AND work with my hair, as well as how it will look as it grows out. We talked about what she thought would work, I said “Do it”, and 30 minutes later I have my favorite haircut ever.nnWhy is it rare, even when you spend big money at a high end salon or experienced barber, for the professional to spend a few minutes talking with you and examining how your hair likes to grow? Is it just me, or doesn’t that seem important to consider before they start chopping away?nnI think the answer is yes, at least for me. And I think it might be true for others. So I’ve taken the time to write my second online review ever. The first was my review of Lisa a few years ago. While it’s clear she doesn’t need more business, she’s always booked up.nnThis review is for anyone reading this that is tired of getting a haircut that they are less than satisfied with. Or someone that wants to change or update their style, but has been burned one too many times by a stylist that doesn’t understand what they want or doesn’t take a few minutes to get to know what you want and your unique head of hair.nnLife is too short to not be happy with your haircut. And that’s true even if your not very picky like me. Book an appt. She has the quickest, easiest, fastest, and most simple booking website I’ve ever used.nnThank you again Lisa. I’m so lucky that you keep making the world a better place, doing what you do and being who are.

Lisa is the outstanding! This is the best barber experience I’ve had in 40 years living in Cincinnati. She takes great pride in what she does and is incredibly friendly. She was also amazing with my kids.
