WORST COMPANY EVER. Andrew had my car for 2 weeks never gave me a diagnostics. Every time you call he gives an excuse as to why he hasn't looked at he car. The sent me bill for $82 that doesn't even tell you what they found on the car AND says my car is being impounded. He never called me, I had to keep calling the shop. He never has his notes right and seems to think we never spoke or I never called up there. Even though I spent $90 on towing my car up there and it's only around the corner from me. I go up there and he starts telling me to get out and get my car because he doesn't have enough employees and his back hurts so he doesn't want to argue. Now I have to have the car towed back to my house for another $90 and still nothing on what's wrong with the car. All because he doesn't have space for new customers. I told him if the job was too much or he didn't have enough employees or the time he should have said so and I would have taken the car elsewhere. I have reported them to the BB and taking them to small claims. I'm a mother of 5 and work hard for my money. This was HORRIBLE customer service and just disrespectful on all levels.nnAND please stop talking about other customers. I paid my towing fee to get to you and have no reason paying MY bills once I'm told what the issue is. You didn't tell me anything and I have the bill to prove it. Additionally I told you I took out the battery out my car to see if that was the issue and you said ok. You knew the following day because you asked me about. I don't care about anyone's warranty. I paid $90 to tow it to you for what? To tow it back. Look at the receipt...You never looked at it because you didn't have enough employees as you told me face to face and that's fine. But I wish you would have said something so I wouldn't waste my time, my hard earned money and yours.

Original review was from January of 2019.nnSadly the quality of work has gone down hill since my wife and I started using Bishops and my last experience was enough for me to find a new shop. I had scheduled an appointment via their website a week prior to get an oil change and two new tires, received the confirmation emails and reminders, only to show up and find out it was never added to the system.nnThe person at the front counter told me that “Andrew has been busy so he probably just forgot, but they’re looking for help”. Then I wa is formed that if I wanted the tires I’d need to wait (I can’t wait since I was filling them up three times a week) and they’d get my oil changed “before close”.nnThey completed the oil change at 5:45pm, 15 minutes before closing. I dropped it off at my appointment time of 10:30am.nnI declined a quote for tires, took the car to Grismer and had a much better experience there.

Andrew and his crew are very honest and hard working. Price are very fair. They are really knowledgable and can take care all of your car needs! I would definitely recommend them!

I had my brake light come on at 9:30 am on a Sunday right as I was getting ready to drive for two hours. I had no hopes of anyone being open let alone getting it serviced. I called and spoke to Andrew and he said not only would he get me in but he would try and get me back on the road that day. He had me diagnosed and serviced in an hour and a half. I am very grateful and would absolutely recommend this shop.

Bishop has always been incredibly helpful and professional every time we have been to their business. They are one of the few shops who arent trying to screw you over and have saved me money and time more times than I can count.
