After my car finally arrived at the shop (which was no fault of theirs) I couldn't be happier with the process from start to finish. Lauryn was absolutely amazing and fantastic to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Lauryn is simply the best in my opinion. Kudos to her and the staff that work here!
They did a wonderful job on my vehicle. They were profess and courteous and completed the work as promised. This was an insurance claim and Caliber was recommended by the insurance company. There were no issues after the service and I was very satisfied.
Dealing with anything related to car service or repair can be stressful and frustrating but my entire experience with Caliber was great. Customer service was excellent and I was informed about the status throughout the repair. Everything was finished on time and my car was returned clean inside and out. The repairs look great and my car is good as new.
This business goes beyond my expectations. Outstanding quick and efficient service. Nice customer service. Also, they do optimal teamwork with my current car insurance (Geico) to minimize the paperwork.
I would have given them ZERO stars if I could. I was simply bewildered by the lack of professionalism displayed by the lady who assessed my car. She kept referring to her 11-year of experience with cars as though it is supposed to bestow her some kind of omnicience.
