Fast, somewhat covid careful. Seemed knowledgeable. Treated me ok, not really friendly but respectful and no BS. I appreciated that. Only a few people in waiting room, everyone masked. I liked the guy who helped me--not outgoingly friendly, but I trusted him.

I have had many great experiences with Firestone. But not at the Northland store. I brought my Jeep in to have the brakes done the mileage was right and one was occasionally making noise. I was charged for brake services. It didn't stop the occasional noise a month and a half later I had my oil change somewhere else and asked to check my brakes. By that time I needed rotors and drums. The one that occasionally made noise was difficult to remove raising doubts if it had been removed when at Firestone. I talked with Firestone customer service and was told that a supervisor of stores would call me. When I was not called, I called the Northland office and they said I had to try to catch him on a Friday morning. I left my name and number. I tried to catch him on Friday morning, but I guess it was just my bad luck he wasn't in that Friday morning. I again left my name and number to no avail.nI stopped by yesterday to get a tire repaired. They were too busy so I scheduled to have it done the next day and have the tires rotated at the same time. Well they didn't write it up for tire rotation and road hazzard repair. So I have to make another trip to get the tires rotation.
