I wish I could have gave 0 stars! I'm going out of town so i scheduled an early morning service for my car. When we got there I was told I did not have an appointment even though I had an email confirmation of my appointment from them! I was told I could wait for a few hours and they could get me in or I could go to Jiffy Lube! Seriously???? I will NEVER go here again and I will NEVER reffer anyone to them!
This has to be the easiest buying car process that I’ve done. Jeff Wyler is number one in my books. My salesman William Lyles was so informative and helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything else on me. If you’re shopping for a car look no further!!
Two times they have messed up payments for leased cars and both times it ruined my credit, none of them seem to know how to fix anything either and they just blame each other for the problem, stay far away. Edit: one month out and no update and no fix, make sure you record all conversations or get literally everything in writing

Great to work and deal with. They made it seamless. Worked the deal out over the phone. Drove up from Louisville and was out the door in 20 minutes. And they stayed past closing time to accommodate the deal. No issues at all and love the truck!
